WGY — SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1) Shipping Timeline

Orders are shipped within 7–10 working days from the date of purchase.

Working days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays.

Once the package is picked up from our warehouse, you will receive an SMS from the courier.

2) Full Package Policy

If an order contains more than one item, it must be entirely received or entirely returned.

Partial delivery or partial return is not allowed.

Receive the full package, then return any item through: wgyfam.com/pages/returns

Refuse the entire package and reorder the items you want.

3) Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4) Exchange Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.

5) Refund Policy

Refunds are issued as store credit only.

Cash refunds are not available.

Store credit will be sent to your email within 3–5 working days after the return is approved.

6) Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
